In a move that hopefully didn’t take a room full of high-priced consultants, ABC has announced the name of Katie Couric’s upcoming talk show: ‘Katie.’ “I think Katie is a unique brand in television,” said executive producer Jeff Zucker in June. “The mere fact that you can just say Katie and know who we are talking about is evidence of that.”
