Rick Martin, Legendary Member of French Connection, Dead

Who knew that last month's reunion of the French Connection would be it's last. Rick Martin, the famed #7, died in Clarence today in a car accident. Witnesses said he was slumped over the wheel before the accident, and early reports said he may have suffered a heart attack while driving his car. Shocking news for sure. He was only 59.

Pegula's First Home Game

New Buffalo Sabres Owner Terry Pegula dropped the first puck at last nights game at HSBC Arena and was surprised when The French Connection Skated out onto the ice. Mr. Pegula was joined by Rick Martin, Rene Robert, and Gilbert Perrault. The Sabres went on to defeat the Atlanta Thrashers 4-1.
