A solar eclipse will provide an awesome visual spectacle for much of the western United States today (May 20), as the moon partially blocks the sun due to the rare crossing of their orbits. So the question now is, what classic rock records should you play in honor of this big celestial event?

But 20-year-old drummer Cornel Hrisca-Munn wins points for sheer tenacity and perseverance since he has severe physical handicaps that would’ve prevented a lesser man from pounding the skins.
Thanks to Zooey Deschanel and ‘Saturday Night Live,’ we now finally have a song worthy to be the theme for Valentine’s Day. Sure there are all those classic ballads from the ’80s and ’90s, but there’s none quite like the one Deschanel performed during her opening monologue on Saturday that truly sums up what the day of love is all about.

July 14, 2011 It's been a long eight years between albums, but Jane's Addiction fans can look forward to some new music just around the corner.
The band's new album, titled 'The Great Escape Artist,' is scheduled for a September 27 release on Capitol Records. It marks only the fourth Jane's studio set since 1988, and their first since 2003's reunion record 'Strays.'

June 15, 2011 The summer event "Thursday At The Square" has two more concerts this summer before moving to the Harbor. This is an exciting Thursday as 'Blues Traveler' makes yet another appearance in Buffalo.
This is the second to last square concert which features Buffalo's own Willie Nile opening for 'Blues Traveler'.
