Last week, the average cost of gasoline in the United States was $3.84. In places like Los Angeles, the price has jumped to $4.23 a gallon. Here in Western New York the average gas price is $3.96. These increases are correlated to conflicts in Middle Eastern oil-producing nations.
How much does it pain you when you watch old movies or look at pictures from the 50's and seeing gas prices for $.20! Oh man, how I would I have loved to take a road trip then. Even in the 90's it was under a $1.50. I am pretty sure if I ever saw that again my eyes would tear up... Well here are a few ways to help keep the pain to a minimum while filling up the tank.
