The premise is simple: Which animal is cuter?

Internet superstar Ze Frank has made a video documenting the diary entries of sad cats. If cats could write a diary, and their brains followed the same brand of logic that human brains do, we imagine this is exactly what a sad cat's diary would be like.

Technology can be really confusing sometimes. Take the Roomba, for example. It's a vacuum that basically does all the work on its own, cleaning the floor at the click of a button. While we're not entirely sure how the whole thing works, there is one hilarious thing that comes out of the invention-- babies and cats love riding them.

These animals know what's up. They know your secret. They know you're in on the joke. They know how to close their eyes one at a time. They know how to be adorable. They know how to wink.

Achieving a perfectly-timed picture is tricky stuff, because it doesn’t usually happen on purpose. But when these photos are done right, the result is Web G-O-L-D.

There's nothing surprising about our pets getting into shenanigans when we're not looking. Sometimes we find the little buggers in the act, and what results is adorably hilarious. But other times, we're not lucky enough to catch them red-handed, although their guilty expressions totally allude to trouble.

Perma-kitten Lil Bub took the internet by storm last summer. Since then the feline, who has a bone condition which leaves her paws deformed and her mouth open and will stay small because she's a dwarf, has been viewed millions of times on YouTube and is a force on Facebook and Twitter.

French Tumblr Des Hommes et des Chatons (Men and Kittens) makes us wonder -- do we like kittens because they remind us of hunky dudes, or do we like hunky dudes because they remind us of kittens? Or, are they both great and this is the best Tumblr evvvaaar?! Probably that last one.

It's been a little while since we've obsessed over pets in costumes, so it's time to bring that phenomenon back in quite possibly the cutest way ever. Ladies and gents, we present to you cats and dogs in tutus.
