We would be lying if we didn’t tell you that Jack’s Freebird Stick-up wasn’t inspired in part by WKRP in Cincinnati.

Luckily for us, the Coalition to Save Thanksgiving chose to give away frozen turkeys, not live ones. But the fictional radio station’s antics for an ill-conceived radio promotion reminded us why we have no live DJs. And if you thinks it’s easy motivating these dead ones…
