Russ Salvatore — One In A Million

One of Buffalo's legendary personalities is raising some questions from concerned groups.

Seems that restaurant owner and all-around good guy Russ Salvatore wants to build a mausoleum outside his steakhouse on Transit Road.

Why not? He owns the land and the building and has some of the best food in town. If the guy wants to spend eternity near the place that makes him happy, who are we to say otherwise?

Maybe Russ says it best: "The doors are bolted and that's it -- there's no happy hour on the inside."
