If you were at Saturday's Taste Of Home Cooking School, you know what a GREAT time it was. Chef Eric Villegas was SO incredibly entertaining and hysterical, you couldn't help but love every word out of his mouth!

My favorite part was when he said the reason chefs always season from up high is solely because "chicks dig it"! What a ham (pun intended)!
