New Steak House Opening in Buffalo

Steak lovers get ready!  Another great place to fill our bellies is opening downtown.  A new hip, trendy steak house is expected to replace Della Terra, which currently resides in the Uniland Development Company's Avant Building.

Della Terra will close its doors on April 10.  The new restaurant will be called "SEAR", owner Dave Schutte told Buffalo Business First,

"This will be a chef-driven restaurant with an emphasis on modern cuts of steak and specialty sauces."

SEAR could open by late this Summer or early Fall.
