New Food Truck To Hit Buffalo
It looks like a new food truck will be joining the fleet of many in Buffalo. However, this one will be a little bit different than the others because it will be focused on healthy food. The Healthy Scratch will be launching their own food truck this spring that will feature the same healthy and fresh items that are sold in their location at The Shops at HarborCenter.
The restaurant is owned by Jessie and Kelly Pegula and in a joint press release they expressed their excitement for this next step. “The food truck is a perfect fit for our customers and is another way for us to cater to their healthy active lifestyles. Going into the spring and summer, we will have the opportunity to expand our footprint across Western New York with the addition of our food truck.”
"If you think eating healthy has to be be boring, think again and try out The Healthy Scratch."

Items that are featured at The Healthy Scratch include pressed juices, smoothies, unique toasts and acai bowls with a variety of ingredients. The other popular feature at the shop is their grab-and-go section that provides customers with quick and healthy options for salads, wraps, protein bars, and other healthy snacks.
The Healthy Scratch Food truck will be operational seven days a week and will also be available for private bookings. You’ll be able to see a full menu and get more information on where to find the food truck and how to book it for private events at thehealthyscratch.com
