And the winner is...Mr. Ricky Lee Kalichun. We get it, mugshots aren't exactly like class picture day, you have no idea what you are going to look like on your unlucky day in front of the camera. Ricky Lee was picked up in Evansville IL. for weapons charges and public intoxication (shocking!) and in his drunken stupor, apparently scribbled all over his face with a sharpie. Hey, if you're going to get arrested, you may as well make it on to the internet and make your family proud!
