Local Buffalo Band A&L Stopped by for some fun with Freeloader Joe

Anthony and Lana make up the group A&L, they are a local Buffalo group and write some pretty catchy jams if I do say so myself.

Had them in last week for an interview and as always did some clowning around and made them play a silly game with me for Mon-Sense Monday.
