How bad does LeBron James want to win his second consecutive NBA title with the Miami Heat? This bad. After the Heat's practice on Monday, James challenged guards Ray Allen and Mario Chalmers to a three-point shooting contest, which King James won.

The prize for winning? Making your teammates, including the NBA's all-time leader in three-point shots made, do 20 pushups each. As you can see in the video above, Chalmers and Allen both complied with James request, even though they didn't think he was serious.

"Y'all should be glad we're not playing for money," James said.

The Heat lead their best-of-seven first round NBA playoff series against the Milwaukee Bucks, 1-0. The series resumes tonight in Miami.
