Love him or hate him, he is one of the best front men of any rock band that ever had  arguably the world's greatest guitar player in the band.

JACK said 'Front men', not lead singer.

Because David was never a great singer, but a world class showman who could Jump (pardon the pun), kick and scream better than anyone.

He also did a song all about Buffalo.
