The summer concert season at Darien Lake has come to a close, and after four months of great shows, they certainly ended with a bang. And fire -- lots of fire. When you put two of the biggest bands in rock on one stage, you know you are in for a show.

Most bands out there today would be upstaged by having Motley Crue as an opener, but not KISS. After a great set from Crue, KISS flew in from the light riggings and owned the stage for the next hour and a half. While this may be a shorter set compared to most headliners, fans were treated to two bands that could have headlined on their own. This show was the perfect way to end the summer.
