Judge Talks Jail Time For Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan has probably spent more time in a courtroom than most lawyers do in a lifetime. The troubled actress appeared before a judge, accused of violating probation and that whole little episode involving a $2,500 necklace. A fed-up judge gave her a choice—take a plea deal and serve jail time or take a chance and go to trial.

"This case does involve jail time. Period. If you plead in front of me, you are going to jail."

Lohan must have felt pretty confident, or she’s can’t stand the thought of jail because she declined the plea deal and now has another couple of weeks to prepare her defense. If convicted, the star could be sentenced to three years in the big house. On a side note, I don't think Ms. Lohan's low-cut top was enough to persuade the judge to go easy on her.
