The Elmwood -  Bidwell Farmers Market opens this weekend and runs every Saturday throughout the summer rain or shine. This is a 'producer only' market which means that everything you see is homegrown or homemade by the person you're buying from. Get out and support local farmers and artists and enjoy the beautiful Elmwood Village.

Sunday is Mother's Day of course, so if you didn't know, consider this your final heads up to do something nice for mom. Cook her breakfast, take her to brunch, go shopping with her, treat her to dinner, buy her flowers from somewhere other than a gas station or maybe just leave her alone if that's what she wants. It's her day after all and she brought you into this world and she can take you out just as quick
