You've got to give credit to Jimmy Fallon, not only has he done a great job replacing Conan O'Brien in the Late Night slot, he's back on top of his game. And after a failed movie career that would have landed most comics back into obscurity, the show and Fallon are funnier than ever and have NBC execs saying Conan Who?
Fallon has an unfair advantage, he's a former Saturday Night Live Primetime player and brought us dead-on impressions of Adam Sandler, Howard Stern, Jerry Seinfeld, and Robin Williams. On Late Night, he's back to SNL level. Last year, Fallon's parody of Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair" as sung by Neil Young was comic gold and last week he captured the spirit of Jim Morrison and, well...ah... Levar Burton. It's the Reading Rainbow, Doors Style.
