Iroquois School District has a twerking problem. Seriously.

The school district has seen the sexually aggressive move at dances throughout the schools and has decided to change the policy to ban the move.

Recently at the last dance there were some issues that happened with misbehavior that really caused a tighter scrutiny of our rules,” said Douglas Scofield, Iroquois Central School District’s superintendent.

Faculty was told to look out and confront students performing the act.

In addition, the district took action to stop allowing students who do not attend the district from coming to the dances. As a safety concern, the district has no background data on students coming in from other towns.
