Jennifer Aniston is notorious for maintaining her extremely toned and fit body throughout the years, with her abs serving as the spokesmodel for diet magazines everywhere. And in her latest role in We’re the Millers, the 44-year-old strips down to her goochies for a sexy stripper scene in which she shows off the perfect combination of a tan and glow of perspiration.

We were inspired by Jennifer, so we put together our own personal “Jack FM Jennifer Aniston Diet” and have decided to share it with you. After all, summer’s not over yet, so there’s still plenty of time to get that beach bod you've always wanted. A few days of this diet, and you should have a body that would even make Jennifer Aniston jealous!*

Breakfast:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 blade of grass (no longer than 3 inches)

Lunch:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 lick of a friend’s Tootsie Pop (2 if it’s a cheat day!)

Dinner:
- 2 cups of water
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 celery stick

Snack:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 long breath of air
