Thanksgiving week is here and that means lots of food!! If you are having the big feast and the family at your house this year, before the fun and eating begins, there are 4 steps to remember top keep things safe!

The USDA sent a list of things to check off when preparing your meal to keep things from getting bacteria.

The great news is that most Americans wash their hands when handling poultry or raw vegetables according to the recent Food & Drug Administration Food Safety Survey. If the problem is timing? Perhaps you want to make sure that your meat is thawed and ready before the big day? Here is a helpful video!
