It’s wouldn’t be the Fourth of July without a wild round of explosives. Some people live for that 20 minute display of booming, colorful pyrotechnics known as fireworks. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Western New York location to watch the fireworks. And my son, who is now 6, has shown no interest in joining hundreds of people on a lawn to witness the spectacular show. Yes, he scared of the noise. Maybe next year.
