The Foo Fighters are one of the most respected and talented bands in America right now, the Westboro Baptist Church is one of the most hated groups in America right now. What happens when they go head to head on the streets of Kansas City? The Foos took the high road and broke into song on the back of a flatbed truck for a surprise performance in front of the arena they were playing that night, right across the street from the hate mongers sorry, I mean the protesters from Westboro Baptist Church. This new song 'Keep It Clean in KC' which will never be on any album or performed in concert is the perfect response to the protest. Decked out in their finest trucker duds from the 'Hot Buns' promo video, the band performed for the protesters and crowd of onlookers that quickly filled the street.

In a press release from earlier this summer, the church said it would protest this concert because "The entertainment industry is a microcosm of the people of this doomed nation: hard-hearted, Hell-bound, and hedonistic to the max. Every person with a platform should be using it to encourage obedience to God; instead, you teach all things contrary to Him: fornication, adultery, idols, fags."

Well, that's a pretty good description of this industry and some of the best parts of it!
