Fitzpatrick’s Time to Shine

Today, Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Buffalo Bills take on the struggling Cincinnati Bengals. And you better believe that The Beard is looking to wreak havoc on his former team.

Of course I’m rooting for the Bills, but I’m really hoping that Fitzmagic can shove it down their throats. It’s funny how things work out and I’m glad that the Bengals didn’t see his potential. That gave us a chance to give him a chance (why did we ever start Trent Edwards over him?) and while it hasn’t always been pretty, the Amish Rifle has shown he is the man.

Let’s go, Buffalo! Win one for the Gipper…or in this case, the Fitzer. He deserves it.

P.S. I like to take this opportunity to give a shout-out to the one and only Drew Bledsoe on being named a preliminary finalist for the Football Hall of Fame, Class of 2012. Go Drew!
