The 21st Annual Kids Escaping Drugs (KED) Galleria of Treats will take place on Thursday, October 29th from 11am-8pm at the Walden Galleria. KED hosts the largest indoor trick-or-treating event every year as a safe alternative to street trick-or-treating, as well as to spread awareness about adolescent substance abuse.
Skip the registration line by purchasing a “VIP Express Pass”! Passes can be purchased for $3 each at the Walden Galleria Customer Service Desk located on the upper level near Macy’s now through October 28th. Those who purchase a “VIP Express Pass” will be entered to win a Walden Galleria gift card. General trick-or-treat tickets may be purchased on Thursday, October 29th for $2 each at registration outside of Coffee Culture.
WBLK and JACK will be on site along with WYRK-FM and MIX 96 broadcasting LIVE, while Channel 2 On Your Side will be offering treats and prizes in their unique Pumpkin Patch in the center of all the action. The event will also feature dozens of trick-or-treat tables for children to visit and build their candy collection.
The 21st Annual Galleria of Treats is presented by the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library, Dance Spectrum, Erie Community College, Walden Galleria, WGRZ-TV Channel 2 On Your Side and Townsquare Media.

About Kids Escaping Drugs
Kids Escaping Drugs supports Renaissance Campus, a residential treatment facility for teenagers suffering from drug and alcohol abuse. The Campus consists of five buildings with a total of 62 patient beds. Renaissance House is a 30 bed in-patient treatment facility for boys ages 12-17; Stepping Stones is a 16 bed in-patient facility for girls ages 12-21; Promise House is our 16 bed inpatient facility for boys ages 18-21.
