The Kenmore Village Improvement Society (KVIS) is pleased to announce the 5th Anniversary 2013 Franco's Pizza Kenmore Children's Concert Series! This weekly free event takes place every Tuesday evening at 6:15 p.m. at Kenmore Middle School on Delaware Road in the Village. (Rain location: Community Center on Wilbur Ave. across from Mang Park).
Weekly Schedule:
July 16 – The Knewz
July 23 – John & Mary & the Valkyries
July 30 – Dr. Jazz & the Jazzbugs Aug 6 – Sol y Sambra
Aug 13 – Skiffle Minstrels

The family friendly event will include music from different eras, mediums, and styles, including John Lombardo and Mary Ramsey of 10,000 Maniacs fame. “While there are numerous music festivals in Western New York, this is the only one geared toward children, making the Franco’s Children’s Concert unique unto itself,” said KVIS President Melissa Foster.
Attendees are asked to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Food and beverages will be available at each concert. Attendees can also take advantage of free on-and -off-street parking at Kenmore United Methodist Church, as well as at Pilgrim Evangelical Lutheran Church.
