With Hurricane Florence set in its path to hit the parts of the east coast with one of the worst storms since Harvey in the 50's, people are taking precautions. Mandatory Evacuations have been issued and many businesses and homeowners are prepping to leave before the storm hits.

In an effort to relocate as many animals as possible the SPCA opened up their doors to a truckload of shelter dogs from St. Frances Animal Center in Georgetown, South Carolina. These are dogs that have been in their shelters and are available for adoption! If you are interested in adopting you should visit the SPCA website HERE, which will give you details on transported dogs available for adoption.

You can read the SPCA's ADOPTION FAQs and find a sample of their adoption CONTRACT here.
