Every few years, Eric Clapton releases a blues project, claiming he is going back to "his roots".

Not this time, as 'Slowhand's' new stuff is said to be more of a mid 70's feel.

Think what E.C. sounded like in the glory days of "I shot the Sheriff" or the entire 'Slowhand' album.

Rocking, but always melodic, Eric Clapton's new project should not only please fans, but bring back some who gave up after his 43rd blues album, or his collaboration with Babyface (change the world).

Look for the new Clapton by Spring 2014.
