Elvis Costello Pumps Up the Waterfront

Elvis Costello was on the leading edge of Alternative Music, ushering in his post-modern punk and new wave music in the  late 70′s. Probably best known for his antics on Saturday Night Live when he stopped his performance of “Less than Zero” to perform the controversial “Radio, Radio” and getting himself banned from SNL until 1989.  Costello has mellowed with age but his music is timeless. Jack FM hit the waterfront to get pictures of his adoring fans at the first weekend of Buffalo Place Rocks the Harbor. And yes, it’s obvious they were looking to “Pump It Up” with Elvis.
