There's more history to be made for the Eagles, who have added a string of late-summer and fall dates to their ongoing 'History of the Eagles' tour. They'll now be making stops at Madison Square Garden in New York and the TD Garden Arena in Boston, among others.

Previously on this same tour, the Eagles helped reopen the newly renovated Forum in Los Angeles. Tickets for their new dates are set to begin going on sale in late-March.

The setlists are featuring familiar hits from throughout the Eagles' career and tracks featured in the recent documentary 'History of the Eagles,' as well as songs that have never previously been performed live. They opened the tour last summer, for instance, with rare takes on 'Doolin Dalton' from the 1973 country-rock classic 'Desperado' and 'Pretty Maids All in a Row,' from the 1976 'Hotel California' album.

The question now becomes whether these amount to the Eagles' final outings. It would seem so, if Glenn Frey's comments at the London premiere for 'History of the Eagles' are to be believed: "I don't want to say it's our last world tour, but it very well could be," he said then.
