Traditional West African Dance Class: Join the fun and learn African Dance moves while getting physically fit.
September 20th (10 am)
Workshop by the the International Institute of Buffalo on cultural diversity training.
September 21st (6-7 pm)
Zumba: Enjoy a total workout with Latin and World Rhythms Fitness class, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
September 22nd (6 am-9 pm)
Try the YMCA out for FREE!
September 23rd (12-2 pm)
“Taste of YMCA”
Cultural food potluck for members & guest. Celebrate locally-represented cultures through food and create a space for neighbors from diverse backgrounds to share a meal and engage in conversation.
