There was a rumor that Bill Murray was coming to Buffalo to play at Kleinhans Music Hall which is not hard to believe, but when it involved the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra it seemed like just that, a rumor. Well, it is not a rumor.

The BPO announced on Facebook that Bill Murray would be "performing with cellist Jan Vogler, violinist Mira Wang and pianist Vanessa Perez in "New Worlds," a program of classical music and American literature." The show will make its way through the US, starting on the West Coast, and make its stop in Buffalo on Wednesday, October 11th.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and start at $59. Visit bpo.org for details.
