Comedian, actor and radio host, Patrice O'Neal passed away last night at the age of 41, following complications from a stroke that he suffered in October as well as a battle with diabetes.

Most recently appearing on the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen, O'Neal was also a regular on 'Tough Crowd With Colin Quinn' and the Opie & Anthony Show as well as hosting his own Comedy Central and HBO comedy specials.

O'Neal suffered a stroke in October caused by complications from diabetes, however not much has been said about his condition lately at the request of his family. This morning Opie of the Opie & Anthony show tweeted: Yes it's true that our pal Patrice O'Neal has passed away. The funniest and best thinker i've ever known PERIOD. #devastated

Check out some of Patrice O'Neal's work below...but be aware, some of this may not be safe for work...or kids (or Grandma).
