We are blessed in the Buffalo area to have incredible food.One of the most popular beef on weck places is making plans to open a new location. Charlie the Butcher is heading to the Elmwood Village!

According to a report from Metro Source News:

... it was announced the latest store will open at 770 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo.  Since it's in a residential area, the butcher shop can't do any frying or grilling there.  The chain's owner hopes to have a grand opening by October.

From express stores throughout Western New York to Coca Cola Filed, Charlie the Butcher is a household name in the Western New York area.

According to their website:

...the original meat business underwent an inevitable transformation, moving from its longtime home in the Broadway Market to a new location at 1065 Wehrle Drive at Cayuga in Williamsville, where it transitioned to the next stage of its identity, evolving into Charlie the Butcher’s Kitchen in 1993, joining the company’s popular catering service, Charlie on Location.
