Eric Dragone, 27, of Buffalo has been sentenced to 22 ½ years in prison followed by five years of post-release supervision by State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia, according to a press release from the office of acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr.

On Nov. 13, 2015, Dragone pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree for an incident in June outside of Rooftops Bar. Dragone struck 44-year-old Jason Hiscutt with his Honda Ridgeline pick-up truck.
