Buffalo is Dangerous? [VIDEO]

Apparently according to this old video it is... and if you consider drunk in public "dangerous"For the people who actually read this part of the post and don't just watch the video or read the headline caption and complain via your preferred social media site. Buffalo has never struck JACK FM as dangerous in anyway. It's odd that Buffalo would even be any where near the top 10 most dangerous cites. May the top 10 for stay-cations and coldest temperatures... but far from dangerous.
