Billy Ray Plays The Blame Game

Miley Cyrus rose to fame thanks to the Disney kids’ show “Hannah Montana.”  Now her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, blames the show for his daughter’s behavior. Looking back, the Cyrus family has had more downs than ups over the past few years. Billy Ray and his wife of 17 years, Tish, announced they were ending their marriage. Miley was spotted smoking salvia from a bong, gave a pole-dance performance on stage, and became the center of controversy after a photo shoot for “Vanity Fair.” Yet, Billy Ray claims everyone is blaming him for Miley’s wild antics. But she’s not the only one who went from squeaky-clean teen to train wreck. Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan come to mind. Billy Ray says he’s sick of being the “fall guy” and is now speaking out.
