The Buffalo Bills announced today that they've traded linebacker Reggie Ragland to the Kansas City Chiefs for a 4th round draft pick in 2019.  Ragland was a 2nd round pick from a year ago, and we traded up to get him.

In the end, Ragland never played a snap in a game that meant anything for the Bills. He missed his entire rookie season with an injury and now goes to Kansas City to play his first professional regular season game.

I understand why the Bills made this move, Reggie was drafted for a 3-4 defense that was abandoned after we fired Rex Ryan.  We now run the 4-3 and he doesn't have a spot.  What burns me is that we moved up to get him, and in a year we trade him for a 4th round pick in 2019.  That's 2 drafts from now.  Very frustrating.

I understand we have a new regime and they don't care what happened in the past, but to us this is our 10th regime and we just keep spinning our wheels.  All we can do is hope they get it right this time.  Here's to hope.  Go Bills!
