A few weeks back, a tiny baby burrito kicked off our craving for kids dressed in food costumes. (Not for actual baby. We're not zombies or anything.) It’s such a simple concept, yet it yields such hilarious results. Talk about Halloween genius at its finest. Luckily, we can continue laughing and aww-ing over miniature tasty attire, thanks to the ‘Babies in Food Costumes’ Tumblr.
We still can’t quite decide if ‘Gangnam Style’ is hilarious or slightly nightmare-inducing. One thing is for sure though--the mega-hit is straight up addicting, although we’re not exactly sure why.
Few things are better than dressing up our pets. How can you resist a Michael Jackson puppy or an Avengers pug? Costumed pets are probably the best part of Halloween. But just because we love it doesn't mean they do. Especially cats. Who knew these little guys were such Halloween-haters? Check out these 15 cats hating on Halloween
Discovering a Pikachu pug or a Rabbi cat will never, ever get old. We have absolutely no explanation regarding this adorably aww-worthy obsession, but we’re pretty sure most of you will agree with us. But why does it seem like we limit our dressing-up-pets possibilities to dogs, cats and the occasional baby pig? It’s about time sheep took a whack at this whole costume funny business, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better debut.
There's one thing we know for sure about little kids-- they can make practically anything seem adorable. Scrunched-up, twisted sour faces? Check. A boppin' on a bed rendition of Michael Jackson's 'Thriller'? You betcha! Although we're a little dumbfounded as to how this "everything is ridiculously adorable" thing actually happens, we can't help but be sucked into the cuteness every darn time. This is especially true when it comes to Halloween.
We love our parents; we really do. It's just that during those early years, they can seem like the most embarrassing people on the planet. It's tough enough growing up (kudos to you if you can read the word "puberty" without wincing) without lame-o parents humiliating you, but when it comes to two parents in Wisconsin, we have to admit they've surpassed "embarrassing" and jumped straight to "awesome."
Is it just us, or are babies working to ruin their innocent and adorable reputations? Sticking forks in VCRs or dumping spaghetti sauce all over the dog used to be cute, but now it's just... who are we kidding -- it's still cute! No matter what they do , wee ones can't help making us kid-loving softies, even if said kid rocks a mighty stink-face.
Few things are most satisfying than pulling off a really, really good prank. We're talking about the scare-your-pants-off kind that leaves our unsuspecting little siblings and friends falling victim to tons of spazzing out and the occasional tear or two. Basically, it's the best kind of mean joke around, but it's all in good fun!
Halloween is the best holiday around, hands down. Why? We get boatloads of candy for free, we can dress up as Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and no one will bat an eyelash. Is there anything more magical than parading around in ridiculous garb and entering sugar coma after sugar coma? No way!
There’s one single treat in the history of all candy deliciousness that makes us feel so torn. Candy corn -- we hate to love it and love to hate it. How is it possible it can taste so bad, yet be so irresistible? It’s a Halloween trick AND treat. (See what we did there?)
Dogs really are man's best friends. They’re adorable and they look out for us humans when things go awry. Recently we’ve met the German Shepherd who found a missing doctor, a Chihuahua who sniffed out two lost girls, and now, the rescue dog who saved a baby’s life.
It’s that time of year again when we apologize to our pancreas and then eat until we're sick -- Halloween candy season! Everywhere we turn, we’re bombarded with chocolate and gummies and sour things and those peanut butter taffies in the wax paper wrapping that no one ever eats. Somehow those things have survived the ages but our favorites have gone by the wayside. It’s bittersweet heaven on earth.
