As the NFL lockout has passed, and the craziest free agency period in NFL history is still going on, there seem to be some troubling signs forour hometown team. There have been some blockbuster signings from other in the AFC East that look as though they will create much improvement. As for the Bills, well... we don't really know.

Reggie Bush lands in Miami

The Dolphins made a huge move requiring RB/special play guru Reggie Bush from the New Orleans Saints. Bush had a trying off season. Taking jabs at his former team via twitter and interviews, he is sure to be happy and excited to have a fresh start in South Beach. This is bad news for the Buffalo defense which has struggled in the conference in past years.

Brady and Ochocinco Team Up

Another big move was the New Englang Patriots acquiring loud mouth reciever Chad Ochocinco. The guy does do alot of talking, but he can be a huge impact player. Teaming up with Tom Brady and company only makes him that much larger of a threat. The Pats also picked up Albert Haynesworth. Even though Albret has been criticized for his laziness and lack of work ethic the past couple of years, I think he should feel revitalized being on a true Superbowl contending team.

The Jets have not signed any major free agents as of right now, but with the way Rex Ryan and their coaching staff operate, it's only a metter of time.

There's no doubt that the AFC East is stronger this year. not to say the Bills don't have a chance, but they will have to play much better than last year. Our new recruits and veterans will have to step up to keep pace with this ever-improving division. Either way....LETS GO BUFFALO!
